Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Tuition Manager subscriptions purchased through Google Play.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your Tuition Manager subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you continue to enjoy premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to cancel:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Tap your profile picture (top right).
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.
  4. Select Tuition Manager.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen steps.

You can also cancel via play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on a desktop browser.

2. Refunds Through Google Play

All payments for Tuition Manager are processed by Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play's policies:

  • Within 48 hours of purchase: Google Play generally allows users to request a self-serve refund directly. Visit Google Play refund support.
  • After 48 hours: refunds are at the discretion of Kamalvasini Tech and may be granted in genuine cases (see Section 3).
  • Once a refund is approved, premium access for that period is revoked.

3. Refunds Directly From Us

You may request a refund directly by contacting us if any of the following apply:

  • You were charged twice for the same subscription period
  • The premium features did not unlock after a successful payment and could not be resolved by support
  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription
  • An unauthorised purchase was made on your Google account (please raise this with Google as well)

To request a refund, email us at info@kamalvasini.com with:

  • Your registered Google account email
  • Order ID (from Play Store receipt)
  • Date and amount of the transaction
  • Reason for the refund request

We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is initiated through Google Play and reaches your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

The following are generally not eligible for refund:

  • Change of mind after extensive use of premium features
  • Failure to cancel before the auto-renewal date
  • Partial use of a subscription period (refunds, if any, are usually for the full unused period)
  • Issues caused by your device or internet connection
  • Loss of data because you did not back up before uninstalling

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard cancellation and refund rules above apply.

6. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges are applied via your Google Play payment method.

7. Price Changes

If we change the price of a subscription, Google Play will notify you in advance. The new price applies only after you accept it. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

8. GST & Taxes

Prices shown in the app may be inclusive or exclusive of GST as applicable. Final price including taxes is displayed by Google Play at the moment of purchase. Tax invoices for Indian customers are issued by Google Play Asia Pacific.
